The following are ways for you to get your prescription to us.

• Obtain a prescription from your veterinarian and mail it into us at:

 *Due to federal law, we are only able to accept faxes from the veterinarian's office.  Faxes sent from you, the client, will not be accepted and could delay the processing of your prescription.*
